Finance Manager

Mon - Thu 8:30 – 17:00 and Fri – 8:30 – 16:00
Salary – £45k - £50k
My client is a well-established leading distribution business. They operate as a SME, although they are part of a global group, and as such they require hands on Finance Manager with experience of working in a small business and undertaking a broad range of tasks. The role reports directly into the Managing Director and there is 1 direct report.
Duties will include, but won’t be exclusive to:
* Production of management accounts
* Production of year end accounts
* Cashflow planning
* Currency planning and revaluations
* Monitoring credit control
* VAT processing (national and international)
* Preparation and control of company budget
* Payroll
Skills and Experience
You will be an experienced Finance Manager who can take accounts up to year end stage, and act as the key contact for the external auditors. You will work closely with the Managing Director, and act as a ‘right hand person’ supporting with all aspects of finance for this business.
