We are looking for a Front-end Web developer with creative and technical expertise to enhance our digital presence. responsible for designing, developing, and managing our websites, ensuring seamless functionality and a superb user experience. Job Description: We are seeking a talented “Front end Web Developer to join our dedicated team onsite at our Stoke based HQ. This fully employed full-time pivotal role involves digital presence and internal applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing our websites, ensuring seamless functionality and a superb user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and manage fully functional websites and applications that meet our business needs.

* Ensure the technical feasibility of the UI / UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

* Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to balance website aesthetics with functional design, adhering to industry standards.

* Manage and customize WordPress installations, themes, and plugins.

* Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud to create visually appealing graphics and layouts for various digital platforms.

* Maintain and enhance the performance of existing client websites, including ongoing updates and troubleshooting.

* Participate in the entire website lifecycle, from planning and development to deployment and maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven experience (minimum3 years) in website design and development.

* Full UK drivers license and access to vehicle for commuting to head office.

* Hours: Monday – Friday Onsite 8:30am – 5pm 1 hour lunch, onsite kitchen facilities.

* Proficient with WordPress, WooCommerce, and other relevant web development tools and platforms.

* Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud for graphics and multimedia design.

* Experience with both frontend and backend programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and possibly others.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict attention to detail.

Due to the number of companies, you will engage with this is an office-based role Monday to Friday, your main base will be at the Stoke HQ however you will need to have a driving licence and own car to be able to get around to several businesses in and around the Stoke on Trent area most within 30 minutes of each other.
