Do you have Creative Design Programme Lead experience, and are you seeking a new contract in Gaydon? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Creative Design Programme Lead, and the role comes with a umbrella contract rate of £46.09 per hour (Inside IR35).
As a Creative Design Programme Lead you will be the 'creative enabler' for their programme/s, driving the delivery of the Design Vision from concept to production with efficiency and clarity. This role will require an open mindset for x functional collaboration across multiple brands supporting the Creative Bespoke Materiality & detailed design Team.
To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
Lead will lead the delivery of programmes, ensuring all activities are in line with the Creative and business priorities, PCDS and delivered on time
Be accountable for ensuring Vehicle Design activities are based on Agile Ways of Working, constantly striving to improve the performance of the team
To apply for this Creative Design Programme Lead role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:
JLR PCDS or similar experience
Microsoft Office applications experience, notably Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams
Experienced at planning, monitoring and delivering programmes and projects
Product development awareness to enable prioritisation of key issues
Change management experience
Proven record of implementing process improvements
