Position Title: V-RED Code / Software Developer

Requirement

Our Client is seeking a talented and motivated Code Developer to support us in various issues in our day to day workflow.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing code, plugins, and macros, primarily for Autodesk VRED and Dassault Catia V5, using Python and Visual Basic.
This role requires a solid background in these programming languages and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain code, plugins, and macros for Autodesk VRED and Dassault Catia V5.
Utilize Python and Visual Basic to create efficient and effective software solutions.
Collaborate with other developers and team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Troubleshoot and debug code to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in programming and software development.

Required Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Python and Visual Basic programming languages.
Solid understanding of coding principles and best practices.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Autodesk VRED and Dassault Catia V5 scripting.
Familiarity with additional programming languages and tools such as Tk (for GUIs), Perl, Tcl, JavaScript, Fortran, C, VBasic, HTML, XML, DOS commands, PowerShell, and Linux Bash Script.
Knowledge of software licensing administration, including LM-X and FlexLM.Why work through Contech's?
