Due to continued expansion, we're recruiting an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our well established client.
Job Duties:
* To maintain and repair all manufacturing equipment, analysing faults and providing a solution in a safe and timely manner to maximise machine up time.
* Service equipment to agreed PM schedules.
* 1st Line response to breakdowns.
* Carry out agreed improvement modifications to capital equipment.
* Carry out mechanical and electrical work as required or instructed in a safe and efficient manner at all times.
* Complete daily logs and data capture via CMMS system.
* Carry out duties required whilst contributing to the ongoing Continuous Improvement of process and product.
Requirements:
* Time served Electrical/Mechanical apprenticeship.
* HNC/D certificate or equivalent.
* 5 years experience in similar role.
* Proven ability to fault find and problem solve.
* Faultfinding PLC systems.
* Hydraulic and pneumatic systems experience.
* Servo Drives experience - Desirable.
* IOSH or NEBOSH qualification - Desirable.
Salary: £37,000 Per Annum.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm.
