Job Title: Electrician
Location: Midlands - covering mainly LE & DE postcodes
Salary: £36,000 to £40,000 per annum (DOE) - Once passed probation, OTE 50 to 60k PA!

We are currently seeking a qualified Electrician to join our clients team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be working for a planned works social housing contractor.
Responsibilities:
Carry out remedial works and Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR's) in social housing and council properties
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with regulations and standards
Maintain accurate records of work undertakenRequirements:
Proven experience working in social housing/domestic settings
Qualified to the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
NVQ L3 or AM2 qualified.
Qualified in 2391 or 2394/2395 Electrical Testing and Inspection
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Full UK driving licenseWorking Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
