Job Summary

This exciting new role would allow you to design, build and support solutions to improve Office processing efficiency. You will have the background and experience to learn new technologies and will work alongside the existing senior RPA developer.

Key Work Outputs and Accountabilities

* Design, build and support business workflows using Microsoft Platform and other RPA products.

* Create wireframes of target solution and bring requirements to life to confirm business processes and functionalities.

* Work closely with business analysts and SMEs to help and mature the solution and process collectively.

* Work closely with the Application Services team to ensure any Application changes do not impact existing automations and workflows.

* Working with the Director, Programme Management and Development on planning and scheduling of changes

* Provide documentation detailing automation and workflow process flows and maintain the documents as needed.

* Maintain the Automations & Workflow Catalogue.

Required Qualifications And Experience

* Microsoft Certified in Power Platform Developer (PL400)

* 2-3 Years of experience in building Model Driven and Canvas Apps in Power Platform

* Good knowledge of designing and implementing Power Automate Cloud Flows and Business Process flow.

* Good understanding of data modelling in relational databases particularly SQL Server and Dataverse database.

* Experience in building user centred UI for the application

* Experience in using Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CICD) using Devops is beneficial

* Microsoft Certified in Power Platform Solution Architect beneficial

* Working knowledge of UiPATH RPA tool beneficial.

* Broad IT knowledge, skills and experience – including appropriate tools, processes and policies used in the development space.

* Previous exposure to Banking operations/process background and Trade Finance is a bonus

* Experience of working in a structured software development environment

* Experience with process analysis, design, and implementation; business and technical requirements; problem-solving; and system(s) testing, including UAT and bug fixes

* Experience of office productivity tools such as OCR and translation products beneficial

* Experience of adding enhancement and automation to a Microsoft/365 environment

* The role holder must be self-motivated, able to work on their own initiative and liaise effectively with professional staff and customers throughout the business

* Able to understand Business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

* Ability to track, manage and document all issues to ensure a successfully delivered solution

* Ability to quickly understand how systems and applications across the business hang together
