Composite Technician Team Leader

An industry-leading organisation is seeking a skilled Composite Team Leader to oversee operations and ensure production targets are met. The successful candidate will manage a team and implement efficient systems and procedures to optimise performance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise Composite workshop operations to achieve production targets
• Inspect, repair, and test composite/structures aircraft components following technical documents such as CMM, SRM, and AMM
• Develop capabilities for new components
• Generate inspection reports using IT software
• Manage team recruitment, training, and performance
• Plan and delegate tasks to meet business objectives
• Implement procedures for operational efficiency
• Formulate departmental policies and practices
• Analyse performance data to monitor productivity and quality

Education and Experience:

• Preferably experienced in the aerospace engineering sector
• Previous experience leading and managing engineering teams
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in aerospace engineering or with relevant approvals
