Key Responsibilities

**Software Development:** Design, develop, test, and deploy robust software applications and systems in various programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++).

**Requirements Analysis:** Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze software requirements and transform them into technical specifications.

**Code Review:** Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.

**Testing and Debugging:** Perform thorough testing and debugging of software to ensure reliability and efficiency.

**Documentation:** Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software development processes and products.

**Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including system engineers, project managers, and other software engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions.

**Continuous Improvement:** Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and practices.

Qualifications

**Security Clearance:** Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance.

**Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

**Experience:** Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software development.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or similar.
Experience with software development tools and environments (e.g., Git, IDEs, CI/CD pipelines).
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.**Problem-Solving:** Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
