GENERAL MANAGER (K/M) Reporting directly to Operations Director of PURO Hotels Sp. z o.o., she/he will be responsible for successful management of the PURO HOTEL KRAKÓW by performing assigned duties:
  • professional management of a 138-room hotel and its team
  • responsible for managing daily hotel operations and providing overall leadership in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability
  • overseeing sales and marketing initiatives
  • developing and managing the budgets for hotel departments
  • creation of inspiring environment, both for staff and guests
  • setting the example of passion and enthusiasm
  • training, managing and motivating employees to ensure the hotel achieves budgeted goals, maintains its brand- and high quality standards

  • 5-10 years of experience preferably in operational/managerial function within the hospitality industry
  • higher degree, preferably in Hospitality, Management, Economics
  • excellent financial management skills
  • hand-on management approach
  • strong communication skills
  • familiar with modern technology
  • fluent in English
