Typically, this person will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating Work Class ROV (WROV) projects. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution from both onshore and offshore perspectives, ensuring that all operations are conducted efficiently, safely, and within budget.

* Oversee and manage WROV projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.

* Act as the primary point of contact between onshore and offshore teams, coordinating activities to ensure seamless project execution.

* Provide technical guidance and support for WROV operations, ensuring all technical specifications and safety standards are met.

* Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress, performance metrics, and any issues encountered during operations.

* Maintain strong communication with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring their requirements are fully met.

* Lead and mentor offshore teams, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

* Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulatory standards, company policies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications and requirement for the ROV Onshore Coordinator / Senior Subsea Engineer

* Proven experience in managing Work Class ROV projects both onshore and offshore.

* Hands-on experience with WROV operations is essential.

* Prior experience in the subsea industry with a focus on ROV, IMR, or offshore survey projects.
