Responsibilities
Assist with loading and unloading materials
Move and arrange heavy objects manually or with the help of equipment
Perform general construction and maintenance tasks as needed
Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment properly
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Attend training sessions and meetings as required
Requirements
Prior experience in similar labor-intensive roles preferred
Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects

Dependable and punctual
Ability to work in different weather conditions
