In your role as a Lead .NET Developer, your responsibilities include:
* Lead on development projects
* Work with project managers and clients to translate business needs into ground-breaking solutions.
* Guide and mentor our budding developers.
* Engineer and maintain high-calibre software applications
* Partner with our expert team to ensure the delivery of superior code.
* Commit to well-documented and thoroughly tested code.
* Remain updated with the latest tech trends, integrating them innovatively into our projects.
Experience Required
* C# Mastery: Over 5 years of experience in C# development.
* .NET Expertise: Proficiency in .NET Framework and .NET Core.
* Blazor: Strong knowledge in developing Blazor front-end solutions.
* Knowledge of at least one JavaScript framework such as Svelte, Angular, or React
* JavaScript Framework Experience: Familiarity with at least one framework like Svelte, Angular, or React.
* Database Proficiency: Experience with SQL databases, especially MS SQL Server.
* Problem Solver: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Team Dynamics: Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
* SaaS: If you have experience in developing a SaaS platform, this would be a huge advantage
