Role Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Bookkeeper who can hit the ground running in a busy and vibrant environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our financial administration, managing expenses, and handling sales invoices. You will be responsible for comprehensive financial reporting directly to the Director, ensuring all outgoings and incomings are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly balance sheets and detailed reports on income and expenses.
Expense Management: Handle and record all company expenses accurately.
Sales Invoicing: Manage and process sales invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
Debt Management: Monitor debts and assist with debt handling procedures as necessary.
Incoming and Outgoing Management: Oversee all financial transactions, ensuring smooth cash flow.
Payroll Oversight: Verify payroll, which is managed externally, ensuring accuracy.
General Financial Administration: Support the Director with various financial tasks and provide thorough financial insights. Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience as a bookkeeper, ideally within a similar busy environment.
Software Skills: Proficiency in financial software; experience with Xero is highly desirable.
Numerical Skills: Strong numerical aptitude with excellent attention to detail.
Versatility: Willingness to take on office administration tasks for a potential full-time position.
Location: Primarily in-person role; some hybrid working may be considered under specific circumstances. What We Offer:
