Early Career Teacher (ECT) - Key Stage 2

Role Overview:
As an ECT in Key Stage 2, you will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging and inspiring lessons that ignite curiosity and foster a passion for learning. Working collaboratively with experienced colleagues, you will have the opportunity to develop your teaching skills and gain valuable experience in a supportive environment. You will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons in line with the national curriculum, assessing pupil progress, and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils feel valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that are engaging, differentiated, and aligned with the school's curriculum and ethos.

* Assess pupil progress and provide targeted support to meet individual learning needs.

* Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive learning community.

* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school's continuous improvement.

* Participate in school-wide initiatives, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS status as an Early Career Teacher (ECT).

* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Key Stage 2 pupils.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to the school community.

* Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
