Network Field Engineer - Clevedon - £30,000 - £40,000

I am seeking a Network Field Engineer to work in a technically hands on environment in Clevedon. The role will be working either in office or travelling to customer locations. The successful network field engineer will set up new networks and telephony environments to a range of clients whilst offering support and improvement to existing. You will provide support either face-to-face, email or phone to a network of customers, and will ensure that all problems are either solved or escalated to the correct members of the IT team. You will be required to be aware of and stick to the Service Level Agreement and ensure that you do all in your power to meet these service levels.
The successful Network Field Engineer will have experience in some of the following:

Network support experience.
Experience in installing and configuring Switches, routers & access points.
Telephony experience
Diagnosing and resolving telecoms and network problems
Experience in supporting customers remotely.
Excellent customer service skills
Helping to offer innovate solutions to customer problems.
Experience with Wi-Fi and Network equipment.
