Job Overview:

We are thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join the Enclosing Innovations team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of cutting-edge enclosing solutions across various focus markets and segments within the UK & Ireland. As the front-line seller, you will play a pivotal role in growing sales, fostering growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing, technical, and product management is key, as you identify opportunities, optimize value propositions, and oversee the sales process from inception to delivery. Effective communication with customers and alignment with the demand planning team will be essential for accurate forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve the Annual Operating Plan targets for your territory by generating new business opportunities and expanding design registrations.

Promote value propositions tailored to end-use applications and markets, cultivating a robust sales opportunity pipeline both directly and with project partners.

Market and sell products to multiple stakeholders across various organizational functions.

Develop comprehensive customer account plans for key accounts and negotiate supply contract opportunities.

Manage pricing and contract processes efficiently.

Maintain cross-functional alignment with supply chain, product management, and marketing to meet business objectives.

Foster strong customer relationships through frequent interaction, driving sales and demand growth.

Proactively seek new opportunities to expand the client base in emerging markets.

Develop a deep understanding of the value chain, business drivers, and competitive landscape.

Ensure accurate reporting by updating forecasts and CRM activity.

Utilize CRM software to facilitate customer account plans, pricing, call reports, samples, and sales pipeline management.

Continuously enhance your knowledge of company's product range and associated value propositions.

Attend trade shows, seminars, and events to broaden the company's reach and provide insights into product developments, market changes, and competitor activities.

Identify customer needs and conduct "voice of the customer" exercises to enhance satisfaction and utilization.

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Business Line Directors to incorporate customer feedback into the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.

Minimum Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in business development and market experience across multiple segments, including Medical, Aerospace, Communications, Industrial, Transportation, and Environmental.

Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to create and execute successful business development plans.

Exceptional interpersonal skills for building productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Basic salary up to £62,000 per annum
