We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for an on-site, office based role in Erdington, Birmingham.

Job Duties:

* Answering all customer queries by Email, Phone, 3rd Party Channels, Social Media and Post

* Completing day to day tasks (e.g On Hold releases, Escalated Returns and Refunds, Gift Card Administration etc)

* Taking ownership of all customers issues to resolution.

* Constantly search for opportunities to improve the customer experience.

* Meet individual and departmental targets.

* Support the wider business where it is required on day to day tasks

Candidate Specification:

* Previous experience in a Customer Service role.

* Previous experience within customer complaints background is highly desirable.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to assess and understand all relevant information to reach fair outcomes

* The ability to manage own workload and prioritise accordingly

* The confidence to make decisions within agreed discretionary limits.

Working hours; Will be Monday to Friday but will need to work 1 x Saturday in every 6.

8.5 hours shifts (but break included in this time), shift times between 8am and 6pm
