As the Store Manager, you will play a vital role in driving store sales and leading your team to deliver our strategic objectives. We take pride in our customer service, extensive product knowledge, and trend-setting designs. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and train your team to provide excellent customer service.
* Ensure team effectiveness and productivity.
* Collaborate with peers and the Regional Operations Manager to enhance business performance.
* Maximize profit and turnover while managing costs and margins.
* Plan and empower the team to achieve KPIs.
* Implement timely merchandising activities and maintain effective stock management routines.
* Build relationships with customers and local traders.
* Provide honest and constructive feedback to your team and the regional operations manager.
* Proactively engage with customers and deliver robust inductions and learning opportunities for your team.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
We are seeking candidates who possess:
* Significant experience in the retail sector, preferably in a Manager or Assistant Manager role.
* A passion for driving performance, sales, and delivering exceptional customer service.
* The ability to build positive and effective professional relationships.
