JOB TITLE: IT Administrator
SALARY: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum

Our client is looking for an IT Administrator to help with both internal and external IT related issues at their offices in Lichfield. You will take charge of all IT offerings from an established and client-centered IT reseller.

Job Specification: IT Administrator
You will be responsible for configuration of customer equipment, including RAM installation, Microsoft Intune enrolment and logging activity records.
Internal IT Administration and maintenance, including basic firewall maintenance and general software configuration.
You will undertake our vendor training and certification management to be able to provide support in these fields.
Pre-sales support including product research and helping to resolve customer queries.
Requirements: IT Administrator
Experience within working in an IT related role
Strong customer service skills to be able to resolve customer queries effectively
Experience with firewall maintenance and configuring of IT equipment
