Job Description
Purpose:

Responsibilities:
Manage Reporting needs of the organization across multiple TA
Manage technology evaluations and implementations for Reporting and Data Management needs
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and develop optimal solutions
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends in bioinformatics and data architecture to drive innovation and improve data management processes.
Collaborate with other sub teams to identify and address data integration and interoperability challenges.
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop data models and structures that enable effective data analysis and interpretation.
Practice continuous improvement of processes and technology usage.
Acts as subject matter expert and process owner.
Being able to continuously learn and improvise as part of a high-performance team.
Manage cross functional initiatives.
Executes on operational responsibilities and ensures objectives are successfully met
Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hr day) is required
