telemarketing representative / call center agent

We are “360-SUPPORTS” looking for Experienced Telemarketing Representative or English Medium Students for USA Based compaigns responsible for soliciting sales over the telephone, who must be Fluent in English. The Telemarketing Representative’s responsibilities include contacting potential customers, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions. The Telemarketing Representative must have excellent communication skills as well as sales ability. And should be meticulous in keeping records, also be able to handle all aspects of making a sale.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
• Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
• Informs clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information.
• You need to make outbound calls to USA to sell our product & services.
• Listening to the customer’s needs to generate repeat sales.
• Answering customers’ questions on the products.
• You need to ask questions to understand customer requirements and close Appointment.
• Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system.
• Receiving calls & customer’s inquiries and selling services/ products over telephone as per the instruction provided.
• Meeting sales quotas.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum 2 Years of Experience in B2B, B2C Cold Calling, Telemarketing in Any International Call Center
• Fluently Speaking in English and Good sales ability is must.
• Excellent communication skill.
• The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
• Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
• The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.

JOB LOCATION :

• Dhaka

SALARY :

• 15,000 – 25,000 Taka [Based on Experience]
