Project Manager (m/f/d) Application Ink & Electrodes You will be responsible for the development and optimization of inks and electrodes, particularly for water electrolysis and fuel cells, considering application-relevant mixing and coating processes. To optimize in-process operations and ensure quality control of inks and electrodes, you will oversee implementing analytical characterization methods. Identifying material requirements, ink properties, and electrode requirements for application-oriented material development is also part of your responsibilities. You will work on application-related issues and carry out optimizations in collaboration with customers, including on-site support and intensive customer care. In addition to planning, evaluating, and carrying out test plans, you will coordinate these activities with internal and external stakeholders. Lastly, documenting, evaluating, and presenting work results, as well as working towards internal and external project goals, will fall under your responsibilities. Successfully completed studies in natural sciences or engineering, preferably with an MSc. or PhD degree Several years of work experience in research and development, preferably in ink and electrode development for hydrogen applications with a focus on water electrolysis and fuel cells Advanced knowledge of analytical methods, dispersion and coating processes for inks and electrodes Sound knowledge of water electrolysis, fuel cells and their components Good knowledge of project and stakeholder management Advanced knowledge of English and MS Office Independent, proactive way of working as well as commitment and initiative Willingness to travel Exciting tasks - implement them with a high level of personal responsibility in an ambitious environment with very good opportunities for further development.
