Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent knowledge
- Extensive experience in network administration, particularly with Cisco
- Strong expertise in switching, routing, and firewall technologies
- Ideally, practical experience in LAN customer projects
- Ability to analyze and interpret new and changing issues, and develop appropriate solutions
- Service-oriented, communicative, with a confident and responsible attitude
Responsibilities:
Building networks for financial services and linking them to central data centers for tax administration
- Configuring and operating LAN systems (Cisco)
- Managing and configuring network components in LAN/WAN/SEC environments for clients
- Working within ITIL processes, utilizing tools like Change, Incident, Problem, or Configuration
- Maintaining operational documentation according to BSI standards and actively participating in network audits
