Installation Engineer - ADT

What you will do

Our Installation Engineers are involved in installing Intruder Alarms, Access Systems, CCTV and Fire Alarm Systems. You will install the Fire and Security systems to the relevant industry standards, providing exceptional customer service with industry leading technical knowledge. We are looking for engineers who have the ability to identify and rectify problems before they occur. This is a fantastic opportunity for a time served multi-skilled Engineer to work within a high performing team, focusing on a geographical region. How you will do it

  • Provide excellent Customer Service to exceed the expectations and requirements of both the internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships.

  • Service the appropriate devices, working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, and the loss of unused materials.

  • Ensure your time is managed efficiently and jobs are prioritized correctly.

  • Correctly complete Engineer work reports, handover certificates/BSIA Certificates or checklist as appropriate.

What we look for

  • Fire & Security Apprenticeship and 1+ years' experience within Fire & Security industry OR 4+ years' experience in the Fire & Security Industry

  • Full clean driving licence

  • Ability to lift and climb ladders.

  • Experience working in a customer facing environment.
