Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (Italy, Spain primary focus but also Croatia/Portugal)
Reports to: Director Electronics Sales
Location: Italy (home-based) Remote Role
Job Purpose/Summary of Position:
Our global Electronics client are recuriting a sales manager in Italy. As a Regional Sales Manager for our company's connector and antenna products, you will be responsible for driving sales within Italy, with a primary focus on Italy, Spain while also covering Croatia and Portugal. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets. This role requires proactive engagement with customers, distributors, and internal teams to drive business growth and maintain customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing accounts and evaluating distributor performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at customer accounts.
- Introduce new products, provide product training, and support projects as needed.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Essential (E): Demonstrable experience in a similar sales management role.
- Essential (E): Successful track record in electronics component sales, preferably with connectors knowledge.
- Essential (E): Proven ability to drive sales from planning through to closure.
- Essential (E): Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills.
- Essential (E): Effective time management and project management skills.
- Essential (E): Willingness to travel within Europe as required.
- Essential (E): Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
