Salary: £27,000 - £28,000 per annum
Location: Stanford-le-Hope, Hybrid after training
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Friday - Monday 7:00am - 5:30pm
The role…
As the Customer Support Assistant your role will involve the following important duties:
Manage customer stock sheets.
Create Customer's inbound arrivals and ensure all stock is booked.
Manage reviews and customer PO's.
Review/Reconcile the work order.
Book transport with designated hauliers each day.
Manage allocation of Raw materials.
Set up work orders.
The experience required…
As a successful Customer Support Assistant you will have the following:
Experience within a similar role previously.
Professional telephone manner with experience handling customer enquiries.
Attention to detail.
Strong IT skills with ability to pick up systems quickly.
