Position: Night Duty Manager

Location: Centre Point, London, WC1A 1DB

Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off (Apply online only)

Salary:  £34,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Development Details:

This role will be based at a new high-end development in the heart of London’s West End. The development consists of 82 luxury residential homes is located close to Tottenham Court Road Underground Station.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Night Duty Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

You will have a prime luxury background having worked in a similar role in either the residential or hospitality sector. You’ll be a passionate and caring team leader with high service standards and someone who actively works towards creating a positive and most importantly a safe environment for residents, guests and your team.
You’ll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to lead, engage and inspire others.
You’re always looking for opportunities to drive the performance of the development and contribute to amazing results.
You know how to deal effectively with feedback, in the moment. Acting as the main point of contact for all queries and managing the front of house services.
Your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors, ultimately supporting a strong unified working environment.
you’ll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely and managing a team environment.
You have experience conducting site inspections, ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and having a basic working knowledge in building maintenance systems.
You are a quick thinker and have experience dealing with onsite incidents and emergencies, ensuring proper protocol is followed, incident reporting and managing the process with relevant stakeholders.
You enthuse luxury 5* service, ensuring SOP’s are adhered to.
