Our Patient Success Specialists have the following responsibilities:
Receiving inbound patient service calls.
Receiving inbound calls to schedule appointments for our 24 locations.
Completing online requests to schedule appointments.
Making outbound reminder calls to previous patients about Annual Exams.
Meeting and exceeding patient expectations
Position starting pay $16 an hour
Requirements
Optical experience is a plus!
Bilingual in Spanish or Burmese is preferred
Ability to remain energetic, adaptable, and professional
Reliable transportation to and from work
Computer experience
Ability to work multiple programs at the same time
