Wat ga je doen?
At the company, production workers clean, sort, freeze, and store fresh fruit and vegetables.
The production consists of different lines and you will work on one of these lines.
The different lines are:
- The production and/or packaging of the different types of fruit and vegetables.
- Checking the quality and safety of fruit and vegetables.
- Carrying out additional checks.
- Completing reports correctly.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
You work in a refrigerator or in a freezer. You will receive the necessary clothing to do the job correctly!
Jouw kwaliteiten
As a production employee, you don't mind working in a refrigerator or freezer.
In addition, it is a nice quality if you get along well with your colleagues.
You have mastered the Dutch or English language, and you can communicate well.
Besides that, having experience in production or logistics work is a great advantage.
In addition, you are someone who enjoys achieving goals together with colleagues! You take responsibility to do this well together!
Wat krijg je ervoor terug?
In this job as a production employee you work within a team with great colleagues.
And together you work hard to achieve the goals.
There are 3 different teams that work from:
- 06.00 AM to 02.00 PM
- 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- 10.00 PM to 06.00 AM
As a production employee you work 40 hours a week. You will also receive an end-of-year bonus of 4.25% on top of your salary!
You also get 9.5 ATV days per year from our client. You can choose to receive these as a monetary payout or as days off!
You will receive a travel allowance if you have to travel more than 10 kilometers to the company. Or you can use the bicycle plan. You can borrow a bicycle to get to the location of your job.
