As the senior GL accountant you will lead key finance operations including monthly closing processes in compliance with IFRS/UK GAAP, and manage statutory year-end audits, while also handling day-to-day activities with over 25 different entities, preparing financial analysis, and supporting process improvements. Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily closings for 25+ entities in line with the local GAAP.
- Execute monthly closing activities.
- Perform variance analysis on financial statements.
- Oversee customer invoicing.
- Handle monthly revenue bookings and receivables.
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Resolve financial discrepancies.
- VAT calculations.
- External audits across various countries.
- Support management in enhancing process efficiency across all operational areas.
