As a Site Supervisor, you will play a critical role in managing site activities, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards. Your expertise will be key in driving the successful completion of our projects, all while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Work in conjunction with the Project Manager
Liaise with local Main Contractor site team and attend daily white board meetings
Prepare, update and plan to meet project specific programmes
Scheduling of Plant, material, labour and other resources to meet the programme
Co-ordinate site installation with client representatives
Supervision of site personnel and maintain site records
Regular reporting to senior management at all stages of the project
Monitor and supervision to ensure all works carried out to specification and in line with RAMS, lift plans etc.
Ensure compliance with company policies including Quality control and Health & Safety
Experience in structural steel required and must hold relevant site papersRequirements:

At least 3-5 years of experience in construction/contracting sector with experience in the structural steel industry
Demonstrated experience in managing construction projects from inception to completion
Familiarity with various construction methods, materials, and processes
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents
Proven ability to lead and manage a team of workers, subcontractors, and other site personnel
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, architects, engineers, and workers
Fluent in English

Location: Sweden

Job type: Permanent contract for duration of projects with potential further permanent position

Salary: €60 - 70k DOE

Rotations: 6 weeks on/1 week off
