Madisons are recruiting for a Experienced Quantity Surveyor to get started on a permanent basis for a client of ours based in Hertfordshire.
Please note that the suitable candidate will have worked with a Main Contractor previously.
Duties:
Working alongside clients to establish their requirements
Undertaking feasibility studies to ensure successful proposals
Estimate material quantities, costs, labour and time
Preparing tender and contract documentation
Performing risk management, and any cost control throughout projects
Negotiating contracts and work schedules
Continually analyse outcomes and writing budget reports
Advising on contractual claims and disputes.
Reports, planning and services trackers
Requirements:
Candidates must have previous Main Contractor experience
Experience working on both commercial and residential projects
Relevant Qualifications Essential
