This successful and rapidly expanding Palletised Distribution company are looking to strengthen their team with a dedicated and experienced office-based Customer Service Representative / Logistics Co-ordinator to offer client support and logistic solutions to customers, during a remarkably busy time, in this permanent, full-time role.

ROLE: LOGISTICS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

SALARY: £26K- £30K basic plus benefits, pension

HOURS: 9.30am-6.30pm Monday- Friday

As an office-based Customer Service Advisor / Logistics Co-ordinator, you will be working as part of a close-knit team, handling incoming email and telephone enquiries, co-ordinating client pallet deliveries and collections, and providing client support within the commercial, retail, leisure, hospitality sector.

* Identifying and assessing client’s needs and resolving any issues.

* Working off the Palletways Portal; training will be provided.

* Communicating with carriers, suppliers and warehouse personnel to coordinate transportation efficiently.

Your energetic and confident telephone manner, alongside your good organisation / time management skills, and positive ‘can-do’ attitude, will ensure you deliver the highest standard of customer service.

You will have an office admin / client helpdesk background, ideally within the logistics / transportation / freight forwarding / distribution sector, able to prioritise and work under pressure in a fast-paced customer service environment.

You will be IT literate, confident in Microsoft Office with possible knowledge of logistics software.
