Programme Manager - Workday, Central London, £(Apply online only) per day
We are recruiting a Programme Manager on a contract basis for our client, a Central London-based private equity-owned Asset Management Specialist. After a period of growth and success, they are looking for a Programme Manager to lead a large-scale Workday HR/HCM system implementation.
As the business prepares for growth, the Programme Manager will implement Workday. The new Programme Manager will manage business and technology work streams to deliver Workday across technology, process, and people.
The ideal candidate will have managed HR transformation or Workday implementation projects in the past, and will have experience with large-scale system and process change.
The desirable Programme Manager will also have a track record of successfully coordinating numerous projects in different geographical locations. The ability to deliver programmes using the Agile methodology is a plus.
