About the job  
Our client are looking for an Account Manager to join their thriving and growing team in Windsor. You will be joining a fantastic agency who's client range from Private Education to Hospitality and beyond. They are the best in the business when it comes to PR and Marketing.
  
This is a brand new role, which will help with the growth of the agency and help propel them to the next step!
  
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current clients in order to aid customers in their success. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Responsibilities

Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in client success.
Create and maintain relationships with clients to better understand and achieve their needs.
Make visits to our clients to identify opportunities for growth.
Manage all reporting across accounts.
Able to up sell and build on current accounts.
Monitor and understand budgets.   
Experience

Previous account management experience within an agency environment.
Proven track record of building relationships with clients.
Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role.
Willingness, proactive, positive and outgoing.
Time management skills.
Commercial business drive.
