Job Title: Contracts Manager - Roofing
Location: Corby
Salary: £35,000 to £42,000 per annum
Hours of Work: 45 Hours Monday - Friday
Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)
We are hiring for a Contracts Manager for a Roofing contractor based in Corby, Northamptonshire.
Duties of a Contracts Manager
Primary contact for site teams, clients and contractors
Managing Staff and contractors
Responsible for multiple contracts at any one time
Surveys and quotations
Material orders
It is essential that you have;
Roofing experience is essential
Experience with drawings and take-offs
Full Drivers Licence.
It would be beneficial to the role if you also had;
SMSTS, CSCS useful but not essential
