The Business is family run and owned but well established in their sector, they supply fresh produce to retail customers nation wide. They are currently eperiencing a period of expansion so are looking for fresh talent to join their team and grow with them.

You will be managing a small focused team in an area of the production process. To inspire you reports and motivate them to see value in what they are doing and improve efficiencies. Implementing directions given by the planning team, ensuring targets and KPI's are met. Addressing issues when they arise within your team and area whether that be people, output or infrastructure based. Setting up machinery at the beggining of a shift ready to use. Working closely with your manager on any new practices or projects being introduced.
About you
You will have experience working within the food industry in a similar position ideally managing people or an area of production. Good IT skills, Microsoft Office. You will be confident, professional and tenancious. You will be adaptable to new working environments and tasks. You will be a strong commicator, and an ambitious person ready to learn and grow. you will be a strong multitasker with experience on food manufacturing machines.
