Salary: £40,000-£45,000 (Full Time)

Hybrid after probation period

Our client, a well-established and respected Chartered Accountancy firm, is seeking an experienced Accounts Senior to join their team. With over 70 years of experience and a diverse clientele, our client takes pride in providing exceptional service to owner-managed businesses and UK subsidiaries of large international groups.

As the Accounts Senior, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and overseeing all aspects of statutory accounts work. You will lead a team of professionals, ensuring high-quality results and meeting all deadlines. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified ACA/ACCA with a proven track record in portfolio management.

Prepare budgets, time lines, and obtain client sign-off, ensuring adherence.
Drive business development initiatives.
Provide timely feedback to partners on client issues and produce complete files with minimal review points.
Identify potential additional business revenue and explore opportunities with clients.
Manage team performance and development, providing feedback and reporting to partners regularly.
Ensure milestones, reviews, and appraisals are conducted on time.Requirements:

Proven track record in portfolio management.
Extensive experience in statutory accounts and management accounts within a Mid-Tier Practise.
Experience in managing and developing a team.
