We are currently looking for a Asbestos Surveyor. You will be working in Derby (DE24)
Monday - Friday
08:00am - 16:00pm
Temp Contract - Ongoing
Pay rate - £24.16ph paye or £30.51ph umbrella
Job Purpose
* Conduct asbestos sampling, Reinspections, Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a wide range of domestic, commercial, and industrial properties in accordance with HSG264 and company procedures.
* Collecting site data, transport of asbestos samples to UKAS accredited laboratories approved by the company and completing asbestos survey reports and drawings using company software.
* Building and maintaining client relationships plus providing specialist advice and technical support when required.
* Liaise with the Asbestos Surveying Quality, Contracts and Projects Managers on all matters.
* Working in accordance with current Health & safety guidelines and adhering to company policies and procedures, always ensuring quality and professionalism.
* Ensuring all work carried out complies with CAR 2012, HSG 264 and all other regulatory asbestos Legislation.
