As the Procurement Manager you may be currently in a procurement consultancy role and looking for a fresh challenge or are a procurement professional who is looking to utilise and grow their knowledge and experience in a new career direction.

As one of our Procurement Consultants your duties will include:
Providing expert procurement advice and delivery capabilities to our clients.
Delivering best practice procurement strategy, tender management, and tender evaluation services across the public and private sectors to deliver tangible value and sustainable outcomes.
Provide input into business cases, strategies, and delivery models to embed robust and pragmatic commercial and procurement practices.
As required, provide commercial advice and support to clients to define, negotiate and award a range of standard and bespoke contracts.
Reciprocal sharing of knowledge and experience with colleagues.
Support colleagues and the business with business development activities to continue to grow our Procurement Advisory capabilities, including lead generation, bids and RFP's.
Identifying and develop new service offerings.
Contributing to company growth and objectives. To be successful in this role as a Procurement Consultant you will have the following skills and experience:
CIPS accreditation and extensive procurement experience.
Degree qualified or equivalent.
A Proven track record in delivering tangible procurement and supply chain benefits.
Experience and application of both Public and Utilities Procurement Regulations, including the Procurement Act 2023.
Experience and application of the NEC4 suite of contracts (ideal but not a prerequisite)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills and an ability to keep our clients delighted.
A proactive self-starter with a hands on approach, able to build relationships and networks both within and external to the our business.
Strong MS Office skills, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Self-motivated, dynamic and personable with a positive ‘can do’ attitude. Above all our client values attitude and approach.
