Supply Teach seeks a passionate and qualified Design Technology Teacher to join a secondary school in Derby for the autumn term! This is a full-time (Mon-Fri) supply opportunity for a KS3 & KS4 Design Technology Teacher to inspire the next generation of innovators in Derby.

Make a Difference:

* Plan engaging and curriculum-aligned Design Technology lessons, fostering creativity and problem-solving.

* Motivate students through hands-on learning and project-based activities, using a variety of materials and tools.

* Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective learning strategies for design thinking, practical skills, and technological knowledge.

* Track student progress and ensure a safe and supportive workshop environment where students can experiment and learn from mistakes.

* Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture that celebrates innovative ideas and practical skills.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Design Technology.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

* A commitment to student progress and achievement in design thinking and practical skills.

* Experience in a secondary school workshop environment.
