Essential Requirements / Experience:
* Experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager / 5 years+ experience in a similar role,
* Must have a mechanical engineering background / manufacturing background
* We are looking for someone with strong man-management experience
* Good understanding of continuous improvement, problem solving & operational activity
