* 6,000 headcount global company BUT a small friendly team. This is NOT a warehouse that is highly pressurised / stressful – they are a friendly, collaborative business with a detailed focused warehouse rather than very high paced – this is about accuracy with high value items

* Holidays up to 38 days per year.

* Monday to Friday 8:45 to 17:00 – some flexibility on hours

* £45,000 - £57,000 approx. guide still TBC

We need a Warehouse manager who takes pride in their work, takes pride in the warehouse when it comes to tidiness, system, processes, H&S and their team

* Nothing broken here – we need someone who can come in and help organise and use common sense

* The team (5 approx.) are good committed guys who do a solid job – they are not tricky to manage

* It’s the organisation / paperwork, pick accuracy that can be improved on. Also H&S / tidiness.

* It’s a good business but the warehouse has grown and not really had a good manager to make sure it’s well run. They’ve invested quite a lot in new racking but it’s not being optimised / used correctly

* They want to introduce / improve on a rolling stock take system

* H&S is important – we want a warehouse manager who really cares about H&S and really cares about their team and takes pride in the facility

* Because they are high value parts – precision and accuracy in terms of booking in and booking out is absolutely critical

* They are struggling a bit for space BUT a good warehouse manager will spot opportunity to re-order slow moving parts vs fast moving parts + as mentioned the racking isn’t being brilliantly utilised,.

* It is a great role – nothing broken but plenty of easy improvements – it’s NOT a high pressure environment and the team is great – just needs grabbing and some pride taking in it.

* A warehouse manager in the Shepshed, Loughborough, Kegworth, Coalville region (Leicestershire / East Midlands)

* A warehouse manager who takes pride in their warehouse. Someone who likes to ensure things are organised, tidy, safe, clean

* This is NOT a high pressure environment.

* The team are friendly and easy to manager. We do NOT want someone who is a sergeant major – they have a friendly collaborative environment – so we want someone who is organised and a good friendly sensible leader
