RECfinancial are currently recruiting exclusively for this brilliant Leicester based business as they look to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on an initial 6 month contract. There is the distinct chance of this being extended. The ideal candidate will be ideally immediately available to start work or on a short notice period and be able to commit to a long term role.

The successful candidate will be a team player who will form part of a high performing Purchase Ledger Team, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and delivered on time. You must be able to work on your own initiative; methodical and a high level of accuracy is required. Solid systems skills are a must along with strong communication skills. Excel knowledge is a must.

Job Summary:
Reporting to an amazing Purchase Ledger Supervisor, the Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for processing invoices for the business. There is the distinct potential for this role to become permanent.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Data input is a must
Matching, batching and coding of invoice
Volume processing of Stock PO and Non Stock invoices
Reconciliation of accounts
Managing supplier account queries in an efficient and accurate manner
Ad hoc duties as and when require
Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role is ideal
System experience is essential / Excel
Excellent communication skills
