Children's Residential Support Worker
Location: Derby
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum
Shift Patterns: Early, Late, Full Day (includes sleep-in duties)
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Children’s Residential Support Workers. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day support and care for children within the residential setting, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational well-being.
* Work collaboratively with other team members to create a safe, nurturing environment that feels like home.
* Implement care plans and engage in activities that support the development and learning of the children.
* Participate in a range of shift patterns including:
* Early Shifts: 07:30 – 15:00
* Late Shifts: 14:30 – 22:00 or sleep-in
* Full Day Shifts: 07:30 – 22:00 or sleep-in
* Ensure all activities are carried out with consideration to the welfare of the children and in compliance with safeguarding protocols.
Requirements:
* Passionate about supporting children and young people in a residential setting.
* Possess a full UK manual driving license.
* Flexibility to work early shifts, late shifts, full days, and some weekends and bank holidays.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to complete full training provided to ensure excellence in care delivery.
