Counterbalance Driver drivers with element of warehouse duties needed in Bardon Hill- Coalville
The Company
Our client are specialists within health, beauty and pet care. Due to business expansion, they are now recruiting Counterbalance Driver.
Location: Bardon Hill- LE67
Hours of work
Shift: Monday to Friday; 08:00-17:00 (flexibility required)
Pay Rates: £12.00 p/h
The Role
Operating forklift truck with all health, safety and environmental requirements
Take delivery of goods and supplies
Move stock around either by hand, using lifting equipment or a forklift truck (desirable)
Locate and store goods appropriately within the warehouse
Operating and maintaining large pieces of plant and equipment
Working with a close team of other operators to maximise line efficiency
Operate production lines to achieve agreed efficiency targets and identify areas for improvement.
Check for damaged or missing items
Maintain organised quarantine area for goods from suppliers with quality issues
Pick production orders according to the Production Schedule
Pick off-the-shelf items for orders according to the Production Schedule
Operate in a safe manner complying with all health, safety and environmental requirements to ensure own and safety of others
Temp to Perm role!
Due to location own transport is must have
Licence required!
