Our Trainee Recruitment Consultant role consists of a structured and bespoke training programme, helping you manage a 360 desk, making you instrumental in shaping the future of Social Care and SEN (Special Educational Needs) sectors.

Regardless of the sector you’re currently working in, whether it be estate agency, B2B sales, Energy sales or something similar. Degree Six Recruitment have a dedicated training plan to help ambitious sales individuals transition to the recruitment sector.

What a day to day looks like:

* Drive the full recruitment cycle: sourcing candidates, managing client relationships, and upholding an excellent standard of account management

* Creating a network of New, Lapsed and Potential Clients through business development calls, client meetings and B2B sales

* Learn how to negotiate and build long-term client relationships

* Engage with a variety of stakeholders within the Social Care or SEN sectors

* Manage the full candidate cycle, assessing suitability and getting them placements

* Supporting clients with any temporary staffing requirements using the calibre of staff you've recruited

Skills & Experience We’re Looking for:

* Proven sales experience, preferably within a B2B environment

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven setting

* Resilience and determination to succeed

* Eagerness to learn and adapt within a specialised industry
