My client is seeking dedicated candidates to join their team to start off in the packing department. This role entails packing the components into containers and completing quality checks. Previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred but full training is provided.
This role is a great fit for someone who is focused, organised, and pays close attention to detail. Key skills include good hand-eye coordination, practical problem-solving skills and basic IT and numerical literacy/.
Due to being based East outside of Lincoln City Centre, candidates must either have access to their own transport or live locally. Flexibility of occasional overtime and weekend work is a must.
Enjoy the perks of a 4-day working week and be part of a friendly, family run business. Starting salary of £12 per hour with the opportunity to increase as you develop in this role. This is a full-time role working either Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday, 8am to 6pm
