The role

Vision For Education are recruiting a full-time Year 3/4 Teacher to work in client SEND school in Boston starting ASAP. This role will be ongoing until at least July 2024 with the possibility to turn permanent, therefore full planning and preparation is required.

The successful Year 3/4 Teacher will be required to teach a class with a wide range of abilities and be knowledgeable about the four areas of the SEND Code of Practice: cognition and learning, sensory and physical needs, communication and interaction, and social, emotional and mental health.

This school specialises in offering support to primary and secondary aged pupils with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) difficulties.

Requirements
To be considered for the position of Year 3-4 Teacher Teacher, you will:

Ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
A passion for the progress of SEND secondary school pupils.
Be flexible and adaptable to work in different classrooms or with different students as required. Demonstrate the ability to adjust teaching approaches and strategies to meet individual student needs.
Hold, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS, registered to the Update Service
